入住时,房客付房租至下月1日加押金$400.(押金在退房交还钥匙后退还)。房客出示 1. IC(或护照) 2. 工作(学生)证。
每月1日前付房租。
房客须亲自看房。如确定入住,付押金. 口头预订无效。
屋主住在主人房。其他住客为男性南大学生或工作人士。所以只收男性住客。
房客离开需提前30天通知屋主。屋主收房也提前30天通知房客。

How to get the house? take bus 243G from boonlay bus interchange and get off at the 5th stop.
Before moving, tanant pay rental to 1st of next month + deposit S$400. show 1. IC(passport). 2. workpermit(student pass) .
Rental paid before 1st of each month.
Tanent must see room personaly. Once confirmed, pay deposit. No verbal confirmation is effective.
30 days notice: tenant inform owner 30 day before moving out. owner inform tenant 30 days before taking back room.
Owner inside master room. Other residents are all male NTU student and working professtionals. Only male are welcome.
No race or religion limit.
